Employment plays a significant part in reducing the risks of
re-offending. We are fully committed to providing our support
services within a context of Information, Advice & Guidance in
order to support ex-offenders to progress into employment.
Our one to one and group
Information, Advice and Guidance sessions are all centred around
the needs of the individuals and subsequent action plans are
drawn up with realistic and relevant actions in order for the
individual to progress from their current position to fulfil
their aspirations and goals.

PLIAS Resettlement is continually
establishing partnerships with both employers and partners who
specialise in supporting people into employment.
We engage with local and national employers in order to
challenge barriers to employment faced by people who have
criminal records. We continually work with both the client and
employers to identify training needs in order to maximise the
chances of individuals securing sustainable employment. |
