STRENGTHENING THE VOICE OF THE BME
SECTOR
"We are shocked by the
increasing numbers of Black and Minority Ethnic Offenders in the
Criminal Justice System and the consistent failure to address their
needs. We have therefore formed a strategic alliance with the
National Body of Black Prisoner Support Groups and are developing a
network of other infra-structure organisations such as BTEG (Black
Training and Enterprise Group) and Voice4Change. This network
includes front line delivery agencies as well, such as NACRO and
PLIAS Resettlement". Clinks. For more information, please
