Positive Turnaround

Help and support to get into employment, education, training or work experience.

Working in partnership with the London Training and Employment Network (LTEN), we are delivering the Positive Turnaround project.

This project aims to help and support individuals to get into employment, education, training or work experience. Individuals receive one-to-one mentoring on a regular basis with an ongoing structured bespoke training plan put into place in order to achieve and reach their desired goals.

This project provides support in areas including personal self-confidence improvement, employability training, one-to-one interview skills and techniques training, job searching online, support filling out application forms and creating, reviewing and updating personalised C.V’s. Support will be identified during an in-depth initial assessment at the beginning of the project. Bespoke training plans will be reviewed to make sure each client is on track to achieve a positive outcome. The project aims to help and support individuals get back on track in order to build a better and rewarding future.

This project is funded by the Greater London Authority (GLA) and European Social Fund (ESF).
