Support2Work

Helping you forge a career in the construction industry

Equip funded by Paddington Development Trust to aid PLIAS Resettlement in working with a set number of individuals enrolling them on to the Equip project. PDT’s work impacts neighbourhoods, businesses, families, individuals and supports local empowerment and devolution through neighbourhood forums and active participation through volunteers. PDT facilitates and manages community-based partnerships delivering training, skills, and jobs to disadvantage citizens across Inner-London.

The goal of Equip is to achieve the outcome of progressing a project enrolment into a training in education, or an employment start. PLIAS Resettlement can support and reach such expectations when working with ex-offenders as PLIAS Resettlement delivers the CSCS training, and a Traffic Marshal awareness course. PLIAS Resettlement is an approved test centre allowing individuals on the project to receive adequate training and accomplish the award of a CSCS Labours Card allowing them to step into a career in construction.

This project is funded by the European Social Fund Via the Paddington Development Trust (PDT).
