These included assistance with CV uploads, online form completion, zoom technology operation, internet security best practices, email account creation, document creation using Microsoft Office tools, internet fraud prevention strategies, and navigating social media platforms. The project’s approach was holistic, addressing both practical digital literacy skills and fostering confidence in using technology for personal and professional development.

Outcomes
The project successfully enhanced participants’ proficiency in essential digital skills. They gained confidence in managing documents, accessing online resources, and utilizing digital tools effectively.
