Tackling racial disparity in criminal justice

The Ministry of Justice has published ‘Tackling Racial Disparity in the Criminal Justice System’, marking one year since the release of the Lammy Review into the treatment of, and outcomes for, black, Asian and minority ethnic individuals in the criminal justice system.

The report includes the progress that has been made so far in responding to the Review and the implementation of its recommendations.
